They\nadopted a motto that reflects the cultural and linguistic diversity of European peoples: \"In\nvarietate concordia,\" which translates as \"Unity in Diversity.\"\nThe Confederation - Regional European Masonic Obediences (COMRE) was born to address\nthe concerns of the 21st century, giving recognition and support to its \u201cdistinctive entity,\u201d\ncontributing to the application of fundamental rights and the protection of minorities. We\nwant a Masonry that grants real prominence to both individuals and the natural communities\nthat make up the plural and diverse reality that is Europe.\nThrough our actions, we thus guarantee greater efficiency and closeness in realizing the Chain\nof Union.<\/p><h3><strong>MANIFESTO<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\" translation-block\">Gathered in Zaragoza, the Grand Lodges, Grand Orients, and other Masonic Obediences, as\nfounding entities of this Confederation of Regional Masonic Obediences of Europe (COMRE), in\nour analysis and reflection on its current and future relevance, and<\/p><h4><span style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">CONSIDERING<\/span><\/h4><p>THAT our Order is guided by the supreme principles of Liberty, Equality, and\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Fraternity;<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">THAT the mission of COMRE is to promote Masonic unity in Europe, steadfastly defending\nEuropean values such as respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the Rule of Law, and respect for Human Rights.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">THAT COMRE will contribute to strengthening relations between the Grand Lodges and Grand\nOrients of Europe, regardless of their constitutional and social differences;<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">THAT each Mason, each Lodge, and each Obedience have complete freedom to individually and collectively interpret Masonic tradition and method;<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">THAT membership in COMRE is compatible and complementary with the establishment of all\nkinds of bilateral relations between Obediences, Masonic Bodies, as well as membership in\nother Masonic forums or international organizations;<\/p><h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">WE AGREE<\/span><\/h5><p class=\" translation-block\">TO BUILD the Confederation - Regional European Masonic Obediences (COMRE) by this\nConstituent Charter for the following objectives:<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">- To promote and consolidate fraternal and cooperative relations between different Masonic institutions in Europe, identified in their regional and cultural space as a \u201cdistinctive entity.\u201d<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">- To empower and provide a secure framework within Europe for Masonic Institutions that live, perceive, identify, and define themselves as members of a cultural region with very clear and defined boundaries for the realization of Masonic projects that seek the promotion of the values of Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity, as well as human and social progress.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">- To establish an open space for collaboration and recognition among all regional Grand Lodges and Grand Orients of Europe, enabling appropriate mechanisms for ratification and adherence to this Confederation.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">The Obediences signing this \"Zaragoza Manifesto 2023\" join this Chain of Union on a foundation of complete freedom of conscience and perfect mutual tolerance in Zaragoza, on October 21, 2023.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANIFEST DE SARAGOSSA 2023 PRE\u00c0MBUL Els pioners de l&#8217;europeisme es van comprometre amb un ideal, unint forces al\u00a0voltant de valors i principis democr\u00e0tics com a basti\u00f3 davant de qualsevol forma\u00a0de totalitarisme.
